Welcome - Namaste!

The highest priority for me is to be able to live more and more love in my life. 

What I mean is the ability to allow closeness, vulnerability, authenticity, to give and to take from the heart.

Over time, it happened quite naturally to pass on my most important experiences and trainings in the form of workshops and individual treatments.

The focus is on the body and the heart, connecting them, creating awareness and healing. The connection inside leads to encounters with other people. Life satisfaction and creativity can emerge.

The Tantra groups are based on that foundation and are an extension of these basic principle.

Scientific facts:

Open, honest relationships in which we are authentic and able to show ourselves as we really are, contribute more than anything else in life, to being happy. In addition, having these authentic relationships supports physical and mental health and a long life expectancy.
This is statistically proven by this study of Harvard University, to be more relevant than genes, income, education or anything else.

Safety

Feeling safe is probably the most important prerequisite for relating and communicating  in an open and authentic way.
We are extremely influenced by our autonomic nervous system, which decides in each situation, whether we are safe or not, mostly without us noticing it consciously . In his groundbreaking polyvagal theory, Steven Porges calls this process neuroception: When our autonomic nervous system detects a situation as not safe, our basic neurophysiology changes and with it our behavior. If we do not feel safe, we switch from the parasympathetic system to the sympathetic system and activates our nervous system for attack or flight response and eliminates the possibility of an open and friendly relating.
This basic neurophysiological principle has a tremendous impact on how we are able to connect with other people, how we perceive and live our lives.

Trauma

The criteria, or the sensitivity with which the neuroception determines being safe or not  in a situation differ a lot with people.
Early childhood and other traumas play a crucial role here. Tara Brach describes that traumatic experiences happen much more often than we think. Trauma happens not only in extreme forms, such as sexual abuse or war. Even a seemingly everyday occurrence, such as not being well cared for in early childhood or loss of loved ones, can separate us from ourselves and others - which is one main effect of trauma . Often, traumas are also associated with shame and we are unable to recognize them at all.
Contact, kindness, physical closeness, the feeling of being loved and belonging, are possibilities of healing it.

Conclusions:

My work is about translating these scientific facts into understandable, practical ways so that people can make new experiences and take home new ways of encountering and experiencing themselves and others.


Being true to myself is the absolute  basis for everything In my work and life .  That includes embracing and integrating my own shadow side. In the encounter with myself and the others, I always discover parts that I reject and which scare me,  like pain, anger and fear. In life, these parts are mostly suppressed and avoided. Here is a place, where everything is allowed to be as it is. Of course not in a destructive way, throwing it at other people. Like anger, which is often suppressed already from a young age onwards, in our culture, is,  when used well, the power I need  to be myself, to set boundaries  and to achieve my goals.

 
Here is a space where everything is allowed to be.

This corresponds to the probably most important quality of the heart: the heart sees things as they are!
No judgements no right or wrong.
 
A small practical exercise for you to try out now:
Take some time and make sure that you are undisturbed. Now feel your breath, your body and especially your heart. Take some moments. Feel how the heart expands with the inhalation and relaxes with  the exhalation. Allow yourself to be just as you are for a few moments. Maybe the question will come up: how or what am I actually?  That is the first step. To feel what is currently here, what is going on, what can I sense in my body and in my heart right now. Allow  yourself to be as you are, to feel, to listen, to rest as your awareness and to go deeper and deeper into your core.
 
From this space of authentic encounter with oneself, meeting the "others" can emerge in a completely new way.
We can give this freedom of allowing everything to be as it is, to the "others", too. This creates a completely new kind of situation.
Freedom for oneself and the other, freedom from expectations and ideas, how the meeting should be like, how the next moment should appear. It is meeting oneself and the other from a space of not knowing - open, full of curiosity, but also with the absolute permission and alertness to set boundaries, to say no, if necessary.
 
The willingness to look again and again, what is happening in me right now, does this really have something to do with the other or is this my story, which is coming up again and again?
Many emotions, especially the strong ones, are already inside us and are are more like an echo of old, unhealed wounds of our inner child.
 
The inner child is an important part of us that we will meet here in a gentle exploration. We will take it by the hand, nourish it and bring it into its "baby-buddha" potential.

About me:

I have always been interested what is really relevant for being a human.
 
This led me into getting a degree in psychology, afterwards to Asia into long meditation retreats in Buddhist monasteries. A remaining desire for joy, Sex and self-expression led me studying acting, followed by about 7 years of professional experience in German theaters. Almost parallel I moved into the world of Osho with active meditations, chakras and energy healing groups, many years in India and other parts of the world.
Meanwhile, for many years I am internationally active with individual treatments in chakrabalancing and as leader of various groups for meditation, encounter and healing.
An important aspect of my life is also dancing, I have been training in the Axis Syllabus Community for several years and am a passionate DJ and dancer in Ecstatic Dance.
 
It has become very clear to me that the most important aspect to be happy are interpersonal contacts; especially the open and honest ones, where we can show ourselves as we really are.
 
That's what my workshops are all about: creating spaces where we can consciously be "ourselves" and meet each other: open, vulnerable, loving, with joy and respect.
